journey has cost you from your history but now you can find out how much a future journey will cost with Fare Finder. Oyster Mobile not only supports multiple cards attached to a single TFL login account but also multiple TFL login accounts without having to keep re-entering login details. The journey history with Oyster Mobile is easy to understand as the fares shown are the actual fares charged for the entire journey so you don't have to try and work it out from the Entry and Exit fares. You can tell at a glance from simple icons what type of journey you have taken. Oyster Mobile stores the balance and travel cards summary on your phone allowing offline access. Providing excellent support for the app is also a priority which is why you can send a support related email direct from within inside the app. Suggestions for the app are always appreciated and encouraged. Already Oyster Mobile has been improved by users suggestions and will continue to do so. Oyster Mobile uses a secure connection to read your details from the TFL Oyster website. Login details are stored on the phone but can only be deleted after. Editing of login details is not provided for security reasons. No 3rd party will have access to the details stored on the phone. All trademarks relating to Oyster, Oyster Card, TFL and Transys are acknowledged and Oyster Mobile has no link or affiliation to TFL and Transys. Oyster Mobile is a app that just provides a more convenient method for accessing your online Oyster TFL account. Please note. A TFL account is required to use this app. FAQ 1. Why do I not see any Journey Information? A. Journey History is only available if you Top Up online. This is a restriction by TFL themselves and NOT the Oyster Mobile app. In fact any Oyster app will have this same issue. If you top up once online then there after Journey information is available no matter how you top up. 2. My Balance doesn't seem to be updating. Why is that? A. There can be a delay of up to 48 hours for the balance to be updated. This is also a restriction by TFL and NOT the Oyster Mobile app. 3. How do I enter my Card details? A. You do not need to enter your card details. Just use your Username and Password and the App will add ALL cards associated with that login to the card list. 4. I'm getting a NSMutableArray error.
A. This issue has been fixed. An update to version 1.04 is available to download. If you are still getting an error after updating please use the inbuilt bug reporter from the support tab of the app.
